Join us in the new year with the wonderful Siobhan Coffey in a quest to rest.
This purpose of this workshop is to really take the time to connect with our meditation, vinyasa and restorative practices.
The first thirty minutes will be an embodied meditation to quieten the mind. For the following hour, we will go on a journey through a strong slow flow connecting body and breath through the asana practice. The final sixty minutes will be deeply restful, we’ll be floor bound supported by bolsters, blocks and blankets allowing us to drop into deep rest.
Restorative yoga is deeply healing for the nervous, immune and digestive systems allowing us to take a step back from the daily stresses of life and still the mind.
