WORKSHOPS + Events
In this six-week yoga course, we will cover the key aspects of the fundamental poses of hatha and vinyasa yoga, which will help you to go on and feel confident to practice in any of our other daily classes.
Through repetition and playful exploration of breath and movement, we will guide you through sequences specially planned to ease you into the world of yoga. Yoga is a practice and a lifelong journey, so whether you are brand new or want to refine the basics that you’ve picked up, this course will facilitate your development in a supportive and fun environment.
A teacher and an assistant will be on hand throughout the course to support you and answer any questions. Sequences will be suitable and adaptable for beginners and all body types and levels of fitness and strength are welcome.

On the final Sunday of each month our #SundaySeries will explore a new topic around self care, self knowledge and growth. We're here to help you find your voice, polish your shine, and live a more authentic, fulfilling life.
Our first workshop of the year will delve into the all-important art of Self Compassion - looking at self worth, self esteem and self acceptance. Together we'll pose illuminating and gently challenging questions, and guide you through practices to ground and inspire you, all of which is designed to shift old narratives which no longer serve you. Expect to be opened, moved and inspired as we support you in your evolution.
Because our truth is so much richer than the often-diluted version we share.
