Jodi fell in love with movement some years ago, she trained as a personal trainer and pilates teacher and then fell into the lap of her soul mate, yoga. She began to fall for her own body, mind and spirit.. a path not so well trodden and one that continues to lead her toward beauty and coherence within and without.
Jodi is a vinyasa & hatha yoga teacher (200hr & 300hr) and a mat-based pilates instructor. Jodi applies a creative, integrative and intelligent approach to classes and sequencing. She has a strong focus on long-term health and wellbeing and applies an holistic approach to all her teachings.
