Amanda teaches creatively sequenced, mindful, flowing, breath lead classes, she believes in yoga as a therapeutic moving meditation, where we are able to harmonise mind and body through the breath.

Through a regular yoga practice Amanda was so touched by the ability of yoga to bring balance and harmony to mind and body that she became inspired to become a teacher. With compassion at the centre of her classes Amanda endeavours to share her own experiences of the transformative power of yoga.
