Hannah uses interesting sequences of active flow, to guide students to feel into their bodies and into the present moment. Paying particular attention to muscle alignment and breath, her classes offer a well-rounded work out of the body and for those that want it, the mind.
She combines dynamic flow with more restorative poses, while often setting a challenge for her students - letting them try new things! She believes that yoga should be used as a tool to feel good and that classes should provide a welcome break to a chaotic and busy London life.
After 15 years of practice she decided that she felt ready to teach and completed her 200 hour Yoga Alliance certificate last year.
