Julia has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2008. After years of studying with Norman Blair, she completed his 300 hour teacher training with Melanie Cooper in 2015. Julia's classes are a breath-led self enquiry and aim to support students to practice with an equal balance of effort and ease. Julia deeply believes in yoga's capacity to heal and is currently training to be a yoga therapist.
