Tessa's teaching style is peaceful and calm, yet at the same time the classes are grounded and strong. In her classes she encourages students in their personal and physical development and growth in a safe, non-judgemental and supportive way. She respects and honours that this journey will vary for every person.
Tessa has a therapeutic background, for over 10 years she has provided therapy to children, young people and adults who have experienced significant trauma in their lives.She is continually learning more about how our bodies and minds respond and react to experiences and how the practice of yoga can greatly compliment and support this process.
