Before embarking on her journey as a yoga teacher in 2016, Tracey had been practicing yoga and meditation for over 10 years. She is hugely passionate about the transformational benefits of yoga and meditation and deeply grateful to be able to share what she know with others.
Her Flow and Restore classes are suitable for all levels and are designed to encourage stillness of mind and an open heart through mindful breath led movement combined with deep restorative poses. Sequences are nourishing, dynamic and fun and intended to energise the body and the life force whilst inspiring the individual to embrace their vast potential on and off the mat.
Tracey is also the founder of fabulous yoga brand Shanti Sundays which is inspired by her own practice and experience. Her aim is to encourage self-love and self-care as a daily ritual.
