Christoph took his first yoga class in Berlin 30 years ago, exploring various styles. He discovered Mysore style Ashtanga Yoga in 2006 in London developing a daily practise. He travelled to Mysore to study at the source and complete a teacher training. This has helped to deepen his practise enormously by sharing this practise with his students.
Christoph has gained great benefits from practising and enjoys sharing the freedom, happiness and joy it brings to others. Catch a 90 minute Ashtanga class with him Saturdays at 10:15!
