Mum & Baby

Our welcoming teacher Viv who teaches our Mum & Baby class

With the arrival of the cutest new member of the Paper Dress team - Teddy - owner Hannah decided it was high time to bring back the popular mum & baby class!

Join Viv every Monday at 10:45am for our in studio mum & baby class. This is an hour for new mums to explore breath and body awareness, as well as create a playful time for you and your baby to enjoy and a great way to socialise with other parents!

Viv, is a Mother, Yoga teacher and Forest school leader, and is more than well equipped to look after new mums and babies, guiding them in a beautiful practice of breath and movement.

Meet Teddy - the latest addition to Paper Dress Yoga!

Viv sets up the mums in nourishing shapes while allowing them to connect to their babies.

And she’s always on hand to help (if you’d like her to).

All equipment is provided, there’s space for buggies, just bring your little one along (no matter what their mood) it’s amazing how peaceful it can be!

Pre walking babies only :)
