In this six-week yoga course, we'll cover the key aspects of the fundamental poses of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, which will help you to go on and feel confident to practice in any of our other daily classes.
Through repetition and playful exploration of breath and movement, we'll guide you through sequences specially planned to ease you into the world of yoga. Yoga is a practice and a lifelong journey, so whether you are brand new or want to refine the basics that you’ve picked up, this course will facilitate your development in a supportive and fun environment.
A teacher and an assistant will be on hand throughout the course to support you and answer any questions.
Sequences will be suitable and adaptable for beginners and all body types and levels of fitness and strength are welcome.
