As we enter Autumn it's time to change our perspective, to slow down, nourish our bodies, and approach life with more gratitude and greet life with the calming energy of the moon. Our lunar energy brings us more into the present, it helps us to become more stable, tune into our senses and feel more deeply.
In this workshop, we will explore how we can activate this energy by beginning to balance our base chakras, creating a grounding feeling of safety (root chakra) and more freedom in body and mind (sacral chakra).
If you're ending your Summer feeling over-challenged, demotivated, or irritated by some niggling problem with no solution, then feeling more stable, and thinking more creatively, you can overcome those barriers. This is our connection to nature, our own body and instinct, so if we can listen to it's subtle messages, it will offer the right path to happiness.
This workshop includes a yoga practice, incorporating meditation, flow and yin postures to stimulate the senses with Amy Patsalides followed by 15 minutes of water inspired sound healing curated by @susilichtenegger.
