A Spring Reset Morning with Goldie and Laura
Join us for a nourishing morning of movement, stillness, and deep renewal; a gentle invitation to slow down, come home to yourself, and leave the winter months behind you.
We begin with grounding yoga practice led by Goldie: a mindful, embodied movement journey designed to awaken the body, deepen the breath, and bring you fully into the present. From there Laura guides you into a deep restorative sound healing journey; a chance to soften, release and let go…
Together these practices weave into one immersive experience, working on a profound level to relax the body, quieten the mind, and create space for you to unwind…Whether you are brand new to yoga and sound healing or returning to a familiar practice, you are warmly welcome exactly as you are. All bodies, all ages, all levels…
(YOGA MATS, BLANKETS, BOLSTERS, ETC. ARE ALL PROVIDED AT THE VENUE)
