Viv discovered yoga as a teenager and the deep sense of calm and spaciousness she experienced kept her coming back to the mat over the years. She teaches a mindful, flowing breath-led practice which can be adapted to suit all levels.
Having changed her own practice through injury and pregnancy she believes yoga is an individual journey that must respond to daily shifts in our bodies and minds.
Classes are designed to explore breath and body awareness and how this can effect powerful changes in the way we think and feel, on and off the mat.
