There is no such thing as being bad at yoga – if you breathe & move & show up to a class with an open mind - you are as yogic as you’ll ever need to be!
This workshop will break down some of the classic yoga poses (asanas in Sanskrit) with manageable, easy to understand instructions & offer you time to ask any burning questions. One pose can look very different in different bodies – our aim isn’t to unify but to use physical assist and alignment cues to help you settle in & become familiar with how the poses feel in your body.
The benefits of yoga are endless, we hope to hook you in with how good synchronised breath & movement feels so that you might take a little home to practice or come along to a weekly class or two…cheaper than a massage & a chance to try something new. I look forward to seeing you on the mat…
