Yin Yoga - A beautiful practice of slowness and softness, of checking in not checking out, of challenge and change. Holding poses for time nourishing the connective tissue.
Yang Yoga - Working on the muscles, including Sun Salutations, standing poses and some strengthening.
Starting off with a short Yin practice, moving into the Sun Salutations with some yin poses weaved in, and then ending with a short yin practice.
An interesting mix of stillness of the body, to movement of the body, allowing yourselves to adjust the practice to nourish the body and mind to their appropriate edge for that day.
Plenty of props available to support your practice too.
All levels welcome except complete beginners.
